One-Day Training Workshop for Office Bearers Organized by Chhattisgarh Sarv Samaj Sangathan

Bhilai ( Dewangan Times) : Chhattisgarh Sarv Samaj Sangathan organized a state-level one-day training workshop at Kabir Vatika, Nehru Nagar, for enhancing the efficiency and leadership capabilities of its office bearers. Office bearers from the state, division, district, and tehsil levels actively participated in the workshop. On this occasion, Registrar of Hemchand Yadav University, Bhupendra Kuldeep, attended as the chief guest. The program was presided over by Sangathan president Meghnath Yadav.

Senior office bearers including Ghanshyam Kumar Dewangan, Sant Kumar Keshkar, Bramhdev Patel, Lakhanlal Sahu, Bhojram Dadsena, Rajendra Patel, Tameshwar Dewangan, Chandulal Markam, and Tejram Deshmukh shared their views and provided useful guidance and important tips regarding organizational strengthening and expansion. Dr. Krishna Kumar Patil, Kriparam Sahu, and Beni Ram Baghel captivated the audience with melodious poetry recitations.

In his address, chief guest Bhupendra Kuldeep stated that the organization should give priority to public welfare activities such as career guidance programs in colleges, blood donation, tree plantation, helping the needy, and promoting the welfare of rural communities. He said that such initiatives help organizations stay connected with the common people.

The program began with ceremonial lamp lighting, garlanding of the portrait of Chhattisgarh Mahatari, and a musical aarti. President Meghnath Yadav highlighted the need, objectives, and importance of the workshop.

During the training workshop, under the leadership of State Vice President and trainer Ghanshyam Kumar Dewangan, senior office bearers conducted detailed sessions on organizational structure and functioning, responsibilities of office bearers, effective leadership and personality development, teamwork and coordination, discipline, successful execution of social programs, financial management, and transparency in organizational work.

Speakers emphasized that the success of any organization depends upon the dedication, discipline, and active participation of its office bearers. Special emphasis was laid on communication skills, time management, financial management, discipline, and collective decision-making.

Participants described the training as highly beneficial and stated that it provided them with inspiration and direction for performing organizational responsibilities more effectively.

On this occasion, the organization was further expanded by appointing:

Lakshman Singh Sahu as District Vice President, Rajnandgaon, Pannalal Dewangan as Tehsil President, Chhuria, Girish Kumar Soni as Tehsil President, Dongargaon,

Hirendra Kumar Vaishnav as Tehsil Vice President, Dongargaon, Hukumchand Sahu as President, Diwan Bhedi.

Appointment letters were presented to them with due honor.

The workshop was attended by Women’s Wing State Coordinator Suman Dewangan, President Kumud Tamrakar, Youth Wing President Shubhrakant Tamrakar, along with Bhanupratap Yadav, Anuroop Sahu, Gendlal Verma, Amar Singh Yadav (President, Kosaria Yadav Mahasabha Durg), Dwarika Yadav, Ranchhod Yadav, Dhaneshwar Nirmal, Sinha Kalar, and several other office bearers and social representatives.

At the conclusion of the program, all office bearers resolved to strengthen the organization, accelerate social service activities, and maintain mutual coordination and unity.

Special contributions in making the workshop successful were made by the management of Nirmal Gyan Mandir and Kabir Vatika, including Atma Ram Sahu, Architect Mahendra Kumar Sahu, and members of the organization. Special thanks were extended to all of them.
